A healthy diet is very important for everone. Diet shoud be healthy and full of vitamins, protien and other important things that are necessary for your body. Everyone should know what to eat, when to eat and how to eat. How to eat means whatever be the substances in your food should be properly chewed.

1. The diet, especially hard substances should be properly chewed.
2. Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal.
3. Use Salad in your meal.

6. Water should be avoided at least 15 minutes before food. The quantity of water after food should be small. Let it be drunk often.

10. Heavy work or exercise should be avoided after food.
11. After meals, heavy mental or physical work should be avoided. Some rest is advisable for proper digestion of food.

13. Keep a food magazine with you for checking the quantity of vitamins, fat etc in your food.
14. Dont skip your any meal.
15. If you are on deiting instead of taking three large meals take four to five small meals
